Our beverage catering service is unique to each event. CORK provides all supplies required to service a full bar including all necessary bar tools, ice, glassware/cups, soda's, juice's, water, garnishes, cocktail syrups, cocktail napkins, straws and more. Contact us to learn more about ordering a custom beverage package.

A Supervisor is your direct liaison with the CORK team and is responsible for everything from the setup of the space, directing all event staff and acting as a liaison between you, the kitchen, the event planner and the venue.

With events requiring more then 3 servers then a head server will be designated. 

All servers are Smart Serve Certified

All bar staff go through strict training. All bar staff take care of the set up of the bar space, take inventory of the alcohol at the beginning and the end of each function when required, clean up and tear down the bar including the boxing all left over products. *We pride ourselves on our professional service*
